About the role
The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, and the data science infrastructure with scalable risk management, and portfolio management solutions.
We're looking for a Credit Product Manager who'll be the go-to person on all things related to credit cards in Australia. You'll coordinate the stages necessary to achieve a successful product-market fit, from scoping and implementation to testing and launch.

What you’ll be doing
- Building the strategy to launch credit cards in Australia, including developing the customer segment, pricing, value proposition, etc.
- Scoping aspects of market requirements, including legal, risk, infrastructure effort, risk modelling, and portfolio performance
- Coordinating with product teams to build an implementation plan
- Project-managing with cross-functional teams throughout global offices, such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Communications
- Collaborating with the Growth team to execute go-to-market plan and launch marketing campaigns
- Working with Credit Risk Managers to set, test, and optimise the credit risk strategy
- Streamlining operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Creating dashboards and reports to track and manage portfolio performance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience working with credit cards
- Experience building products and/or features in retail credit
- Expertise in new product design and user research
- A customer-centric approach to problem-solving
- Broad knowledge of risk management principles
- A detail-oriented, structured mindset
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
- The ability to prioritise features based on customer needs/wants
- A deeply analytical approach and track record for making data-driven decisions
- The ability to build partnerships with other functions
- Fluency in English
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders across the business
- A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
- A solid understanding of credit risk
