About the role
The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions.
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to guide customers through the mortgage application journey, helping them secure financing for their dream home.
You'll provide expert consultancy and advisory services and be responsible for structuring financing proposals that align with the organisation’s risk appetite while delivering a seamless, hassle-free experience that exceeds customer expectations and creates a lasting positive impression.

What you’ll be doing
- Guiding customers through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice and support
- Providing consultancy on mortgage products, helping customers make informed decisions based on their financial situation and goals
- Enhancing sales by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored mortgage solutions
- Negotiating terms and conditions with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Ensuring that credit applications are accurately assessed and approved in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Staying updated on market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide the best possible service to customers
- Working closely with internal teams, including underwriting and risk management, to improve process efficiency and customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and mortgage applications
What you'll need
- Proven experience in mortgage advisory, sales, or a related financial services role
- Expertise in mortgage products, credit risk assessment, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build genuine customer relationships
- A sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Experience evaluating and assessing non-standard income sources (self-employed, business owners, etc.) and understanding collateral-related risks
- The ability to navigate complex financial situations and provide clear, tailored advice
- To be detail-oriented with impressive problem-solving skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with the product owner and risk team to improve underwriting and customer experience
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €3,300 - €3,700 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €3,300 - €3,700 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
