We're looking for an Organic Growth SEO Manager to drive organic traffic and enhance our online visibility. You'll develop and implement a comprehensive strategy where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our website, content, and Revolut brand are optimised for search engines.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the optimisation of Revolut brand across organic search results
  • Working closely with performance marketing, affiliates, PR, organic social, and other stakeholders to optimise the brand across Google search results
  • Boosting trust signals from Revolut-owned domains, establishing solid brand presence across third-party sites, and reviewing platforms to improve presence
  • Tracking measurement of success, connecting actions to business objectives
  • Creating and executing content strategy to ensure SEO optimisation for key topics across products and geographies
  • Researching, planning, and executing content strategy (international SEO approach) using insight tools
  • Understanding the full customer journey to connect organic traffic to solving real customer pain points, providing value and contributing to conversion
  • Ensuring content follows SEO, legal, and brand guidelines
  • Owning actions from clear ideation to effective execution, with a logical and action-orientated approach
  • Managing internal reporting and stakeholder management to clearly communicate impact and drive projects forward

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO marketing in a fast-paced environment
  • A great understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Expertise in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
  • A customer-centric approach to strategic decisions while understanding the customer impact of actions you take
  • To be data-driven to identify opportunities and measure your impact
  • Impeccable communication skills to clearly and logically frame problems to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, schema markup, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with other performance channels, such as paid and affiliates
