We’re looking for a passionate writer who knows just what to say to make customers want to open their emails. You’re a master of marketing. You’re an eagle-eyed editor. You can talk the talk in our tone of voice. You’re a pro at working with all types of people from all different places, to ensure customers have seamless experiences across the Revolut brand.

From brand, through people, to product, our Copywriting team defines our tone of voice and strategic messaging, delivering A-game copy that'll make customers so excited they can’t wait to get their next email.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate customer experience writer who always makes customers say WOW. You think through every word, every directive, every outcome when writing and editing. You use data and research to drive your choices. You like to experiment and optimise to increase impact. You’re a pro at working with everyone from product designers to marketing copywriters to make sure customers have a seamless experience across every brand touchpoint.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with the customer Support team to build strategy and recommendations for existing customer-facing content, while improving content and processes
  • Working with UX team to design a better user experience, proactively anticipating and removing blockers and addressing customer pain points
  • Improving FAQ content to help customers find solutions via self-service model
  • Review live chat and chatbot content to match our voice and ensure high-quality, end-user experiences
  • Collaborating with design, product marketing, and localisation teams to keep refining and iterating on our voice and building out our style guide
  • Improving and maintaining content management and governance frameworks, with customer experience at the heart of every decision
  • Keeping accessibility and clarity at the centre of all content to ensure best-in-class communications with every customer

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C copywriting in a fast-paced environment (preferably in customer support and/or at a hyper-growth company)
  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop clear, accessible customer experiences
  • Excellent editing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and the skills to work with multiple stakeholders in an ever-changing, hyper-growth environment
  • Familiarity with markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry is a plus
