About the role

Business Development at Revolut is urged to break new frontiers. It's on the front line of diversifying and boosting profits for the company. These teams work across industries to present creative options for new revenue streams.

They're responsible for every pitch, from inception to delivery. They also ensure that all new ideas are commercially viable. Though specialists are spread across the business, they support different teams, and they come together as a function to align on key areas as needed.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to work within the Growth Partnerships team. This role focuses on forging strategic alliances with industry leaders to drive the strategy and execution of global partnerships, working closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, Communications, and Analytics. The goal is to find ways to boost revenue and acquire customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and implementing partnerships and sponsorship strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance the value proposition of Revolut
  • Identifying and securing sponsorships and partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and tailoring packages to align with business needs, ensuring maximum value
  • Tracking trends to keep offerings competitive and innovative
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with current and prospective partners
  • Running RFPs, where relevant, to help identify the most suitable partners
  • Managing various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, planning contingencies, and managing internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, ideally for a high-growth tech scale-up
  • A proven track record of securing partnership deals
  • Demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreements in a timely manner
  • Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact

Nice to have

  • Experience across sports, entertainment, and event partnerships

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €4,800 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
