Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing conduct risk.

With our customer product base expanding, so is our Compliance team. We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to be a part of our US team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working across departments to develop and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring, and training program
  • Supporting our regulatory licence applications
  • Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
  • Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies across a company or department
  • Participating in product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in rolling out a robust compliance program

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance in products, such as savings, payments, credit, and insurance
  • Experience with consumer compliance regulations, such as Regulation E (Electronic Funds Transfer Act), Regulation DD (Truth In Savings Act), Regulation Z (Truth In Lending Act), etc.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, develop policies, and implement them
  • The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
  • Multitasking skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL and Python

Compensation range

  • New York: $89,100 - $133,000 gross annually*
  • US: $89,100 - $133,000 gross annually*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
