About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring product across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager with experience in performance management to lead our dream team of Account Executives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading by example and selling directly to customers
  • Coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives, owning all aspects of performance, training, and development
  • Managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team
  • Creating best practices across the entire sales process
  • Taking responsibility for the team's targets, discovering growth opportunities, and striving for record growth quarter upon quarter
  • Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 4+ years of experience within a similar role
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to motivate and drive performance
  • Experience working within a performance management culture
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
  • A keen interest in commencing a career in a high-performing sales culture

Nice to have

  • Fluency in other languages
