About the role

We're looking for a motivated Treasury Middle Office Manager to oversee our payment and settlement processes at Revolut Europe Bank, build interesting dashboards, and play with the data to ensure that all of the process flows are optimised. You'll work closely with our Treasury, Risk, and Technology teams as well as our interbank partners to deliver WOW for all things Payment & Settlement.

What you’ll be doing

• Building out the European Bank’s management tools and flows around Middle Office/Trade Support processes
• Monitoring trade life cycle, working with external parties across multiple product types to ensure that our portfolios are well-managed
• Investigating and resolving failed and unmatched transactions
• Supporting new product launches
• Ensuring all trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly
• Onboarding new interbank partners for particular products
• Maintaining relationships with our counterparties to ensure smooth settlement
• Implementing new tools and processes to improve overall team performance
• Enhancing controls and documentation of current trading and funding processes

What you'll need

• Experience or foundational knowledge in roles such as middle office analyst, trade support analyst, treasury operations analyst, settlement support analyst, or a similar position
• Knowledge of various financial instruments
• Technological curiosity and a willingness to learn SQL
• An understanding of the full trade lifecycle, from a trader making a booking to how to resolve a cash break
• Excellent hands-on mentality
• Attention to detail

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Collateral and Margin Management
• Experience having automated a process or designed a new process as part of your current or existing role
• Escepetional data analysis skills
