What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the implementation of key infrastructure to facilitate smooth operation of the UK Bank Treasury
  • Implementing and enhancing the UK Bank Business Continuity Plan
  • Owning counterparty onboarding process for RBUK working closely with Group colleagues
  • Overseeing service delivery from Group

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in an operations, back office, or change role within a UK Bank Treasury
  • Experience leading delivery teams to implement new initiatives to tight deadlines
  • Deep knowledge of key Treasury instruments and settlements processes (including but not limited to derivative clearing, tri-party repo, and BoE SMF)
  • Experience with payment systems integrations
  • Exceptional skills to break complex problems and find optimal solutions
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Top-notch communication and relationship management skills
