We're looking for a Lead People Partner to support the management and development of our fast growing team in Australia. A data-oriented and results-driven expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who'll take our HR strategies to the next level. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do the same.

What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the CEO, as the Head of People, you will be responsible for leading the HR function and be part of the Australian Leadership Team, developing and driving strategic initiatives to grow Revolut in Australia & New Zealand.
- Driving performance and building a values-driven culture. You will partner with the leadership team to develop and implement a People strategy that supports business growth objectives.
- Developing, implementing, and managing a people strategy that supports the business growth objectives, ensuring prioritisation of best practice governance, and employee engagement.
- Functioning as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team in relation to key organisational and people management issues.
- Reporting on all HR capabilities and development areas, to RPA Advisory Board, RPA (Bank) Board; and Revout Group Ltd
- Providing leadership to HR by overseeing operations, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, career development, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Developing the department’s positive culture, employee engagement and performance standards
- Embedding the company's values across the department through various initiatives, including internal events, town halls and communications
- Contributing to the development of a robust culture through role modelling the company's values and the behaviors that drive this culture
What you'll need
- University Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience in a progressive Human Resources environment 10+ years, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering strategic support to senior managers and executives.
- Well versed in remuneration and benefits, talent attraction, branding and retention strategies, engagement surveys and HR systems implementations
- Knowledge of remuneration & performance in a regulated context.
- Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Pragmatic leader with a commercial mindset who can communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Data oriented and results driven expert with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, conversant in generating and analysing reports for management
- Experience in working within a cross cultural and corporate environment, with matrix reporting
- Hands-on and ability to roll up sleeves when required
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a highly regulated industry such as finance, banking or telecommunications is desirable
- Experience starting your own business before, or were a key founding member.
- Further postgraduate studies will be well regarded
