About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe.
They can do it all. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach, using their know-how to grow our customer base at lightning speed 🚀
Our Sales Onboarding Specialists (KYB) act as the bridge between sales and compliance and help streamline and speed up the onboarding process of new high-value customers. You’ll use your problem-solving skills to manage the onboarding process, per the designed workflows, ensuring an excellent customer onboarding experience.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a knowledge centre and consultant for the Sales team to contribute to their success
- Activating new businesses faster by liaising directly with the Sales team and internal stakeholders
- Working with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement of our processes and Sales team targets
What you'll need
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in following workflows accurately
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
- A proactive, customer-centric attitude
- Demonstrated emotional resilience and tenacity
- Excellent business acumen
Nice to have
- Familiarity with financial crime procedures, such as Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), and screening protocols
- Experience in business customer support (B2B)
- A background in banking or financial services
- Fluency in any other European language
