We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Lead. This role will lead a team of tax professionals responsible for partnering with the business and overseeing Revolut’s global tax strategy. We need someone with vision and ideas who will tackle any problem as well as the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved.

What you’ll be doing
- Driving group tax strategy and department roadmaps
- Leading on corporate structure, identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, mitigating where possible
- Providing / managing the provision of accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
- Implementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirements
- Consulting management on the potential impacts and requirements related to direct tax legislation (including OECD initiatives)
- Building relationships with appropriate tax authorities
- Managing and developing tax team members, setting goals and managing performance
- Building relationships with the various functional business heads, overseas offices, tax offices , andprofessional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues
What you'll need
- Qualified Tax Professional (ACA, CA, LL.M, CTA, ADIT, or similar) having trained ideally with a large recognised accounting firm or law practise.
- Experience in-house, but not essential
- Experience in a similar roles
- 13+ years experience in a financial services or fintech environment with direct responsibility, direct tax planning, advisory, and structuring
- To have extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
