We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help lead and improve customer relationship management for Revolut Brazil. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

What you’ll be doing
- Improving product activation and retention through CRM automation and campaigns
- Managing Revolut’s website in Brazil to highlight products in detail and provide a best-in-class customer experience
- Leading and executing end-to-end campaigns and projects from problem scoping to impact analysis
- Coordinating with Brand, Growth, and Product teams to build the right content
- Executing A/B tests to optimise initiatives
- Running queries to select audiences, release campaigns, and analyze results
- Designing, implementing, and owning business plans, and launch and growth strategies
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to continue Revolut’s hyper-growth
- Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced industry working with B2C products and services
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great analytical skills, and to be comfortable working with data
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- A problem-solving mindset
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- An interest in the financial industry
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup, fintech, or payment company
