What you’ll be doing
- Building financial features end-to-end by defining clear business requirements to engineering teams
- Being in charge of overall product strategy, pricing, and P&L delivery
- Staying on top of new regulations, which may affect our product offering
- Exploring and defining which projects your team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
What you'll need
- A STEM degree from a top university
- Experience in banking, technology, or operations/financial consulting
- 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in product management
- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- To be based in Mexico City as this is a hybrid position with 3 days/week in the office
Nice to have
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL and Python
- Experience building financial products/features from the scratch
