About the role

In the Revolut RocketShip, there’s not many teams more important than Product. To put it simply: there’s no lift off without these guys. Frankly, there’s no rocket. Every one of our award winning features started here and all our future ones will too. 🏆

The team’s scope is wide, leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations and design. But when it comes to our vision of reinventing financial services, they’re laser focused. 🔫

Product at Revolut holds the helm 🚢 If you join the Dream Team, you’ll have sole responsibility over driving strategic product decisions. Your mission will be fast penetration and long-term growth of Revolut across existing and new markets. You’ll need to demonstrate your tactical approach towards setting the course of our business strategy and love for problem solving 🧑‍✈️

It’s fast paced. Very much so. But if you can manage all that - and bring with it a bottle full of entrepreneurial passion - then you’re probably the captain we’re looking for ⚓

What you’ll be doing

  • Becoming a financial technology market expert for marketing, product and developer audiences
  • Tracking and analysing competitive position and product performance globally
  • Identifying market gaps and key product initiatives that drive mass adoption of Revolut across all markets
  • Defining initial product proposition and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets together with Expansion and Territories teams

What you'll need

  • Degree from a top-tier university
  • Love for problem solving
  • Extensive experience in building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets on small screens
  • Strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design
  • Track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, common sense, and / or machine learning.
  • 3+ years of experience in tech industry as product owner / team lead building customer facing products
  • 1,5+ years of experience in creating products, ideally in high-growth start-ups and customer facing
