We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to support the learning and development of our fast growing teams. A professional who’ll take our L&D strategies to the next level and is data-oriented and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with key business functions to uncover short, mid and long-term talent development needs and translate them into timely and impactful learning solutions and programmes
  • Becoming the learning and development (L&D) subject matter expert for your department/ function
  • Driving the L&D agenda at departmental/functional level, fostering an intellectually curious business culture
  • Taking ownership of the functional L&D strategy and roadmap
  • Partnering with relevant stakeholders to build and embed a culture of learning throughout the organisation
  • Analysing performance and culture data to identify talent development needs and advise key stakeholders on solution areas
  • Facilitating workshops and other learning interventions when necessary
  • Managing our learning infrasrtucture

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Capital consulting experience
  • Experience building relationships and influencing across a matrix structure
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to assess and prioritise business needs, determine performance and development gaps, and create and execute a learning strategy and plan
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret data, and advise key stakeholders on solution areas
  • An in-depth understanding of talent development landscape and trends
  • Experience leading successful projects, working both autonomously and effectively with others
  • Passion for ideating, innovating, and challenging, while constantly finding new and creative ways to engage learners
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to turn complex information into accessible, user-centred content
