About the role

We're hiring a Business Analyst to help our trading business. You'll help us bring new treasury features into our finance and treasury systems. This work is driven by business goals, regulations, and finance programmes. You'll be supporting the company’s trading and investment capabilities and assessing the financial implications of various strategic decisions and growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the onboarding of new treasury products, such as bonds, SSDs, Evergreen deposits, repos, and swaps
  • Designing, documenting, and operationalising processes for the onboarding of these products
  • Utilising in-depth knowledge of treasury product conventions, including accrual calculations, day conventions, and other relevant standards, to ensure accurate and efficient onboarding
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and accounting, to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency
  • Providing training and support to team members on new processes and financial features
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in treasury products, with a focus on product conventions and onboarding processes
  • An in-depth understanding of treasury product conventions, including accrual calculations, day conventions, and other relevant standards
  • Knowledge of SQL (intermediate level or above)

Nice to have

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
  • An advanced degree or relevant certification (CFA, FRM, etc.)
