We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our US product suite in compliance, 📣 Someone who has a burning itch to make it the best. What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying and overseeing regulatory compliance, and conduct risks, designing and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate these risks for the entity
  • Surveying and interpreting the entity's regulatory and broader risk landscape, being the escalatory point for regulatory issues and requests and the key owner of the entity's approach to upcoming new regulations
  • Establishing and executing a best-in-class compliance framework, and where required, monitoring, and training programme
  • Overseeing the 1LoDs management of compliance and conduct, risk and control management framework

What you'll need

  • 6+ years of experience in consumer regulatory compliance with exposure to US payments- and deposits-related laws, regulations, and rules
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience / exposure managing process improvement and control enhancement in a regulated industry environment;
  • Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory risk assessments, gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
  • Experience in providing compliance input on the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of financial products
  • Excellent understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
  • Ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
  • Multi-tasking with close attention to detail
  • Capability to exhibit wise decision-making skills
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or a US regulator

Compensation range

  • New York: $153,000 - $180,000 gross annually*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
