About the role

At Revolut, we're building a leading product and brand that's innovative, easy-to-use, and accessible to everyone. Our marketing team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut's growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and data-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of many people living in a target country or region.

We're looking for a passionate content/editorial writer who knows just what to say and how to engage audiences. You're a master of marketing. You're an eagle-eyed editor. You can talk the talk in our tone of voice. You're a Pro at working with all types of people from all different places, to ensure customers have seamless experiences across the Revolut brand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and implementing content strategies that align with our business goals and audience interests
  • Creating and managing a content roadmap that includes key public holidays (e.g., New Year, Valentine's Day, Black Friday), sponsored content (products, brands, bundles), and internal campaigns (Revolut product campaigns)
  • Developing different content formats, such as articles, quizzes, and videos, that are both engaging and relevant to our audience
  • Working closely with commercial/product stakeholders, copywriters, and visual designers to create compelling visual, copy, and video content that drives engagement and meets performance metrics and that "wow" our customers
  • Editing and proofreading copy to ensure accuracy, adherence to our style guide and TOV
  • Guaranteeing that all content aligns with our data-driven and editorial point of view, we incorporate AI-generated insights and user-generated content where appropriate
  • Ensuring internal and external advertisers make informed content choices based on the content strategy and calendar.
  • Designing a thorough schedule for content and guaranteeing timely completion of all content assignments.

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 4+ years of experience in in b2c marketing, advertising, or content creation
  • Excellent writing, editorial, and reviewing skills
  • Experience in translating & transcribing content in a similar field
  • Experience in writing creative and engaging content
  • Ability to write for different audiences and channels
  • A flexible, self-starter mindset — can manage workload, processes, and priorities independently
  • Understanding how to work to a specified tone of voice and with brand-led strategic messaging
  • Team player abilities with experience on how to collaborate across functions
  • Ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders, from legal to localisation
  • Data-driven approach and awareness of the importance of appropriately quantifying your work
  • Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines
