We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer who’ll help our employees with their technology needs throughout their time at Revolut.

What you’ll be doing

  • Solving IT requests on a daily basis and ensuring all tickets are closed within SLAs
  • Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping users with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
  • Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptops, initial IT set up, solving issues, etc.
  • Retrieving exiting employees' hardware and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
  • Managing any Revolut owned technology, including both office and remote hardware
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, ticket management via Jira/Atlassian, or similar hardware experience)
  • Endpoint devices management and incident management experience
  • Vendor management experience (outsourcing)
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical support for Slack
  • Experience working with Jira
