Join our dynamic team as a Concierge on-site at our Vilnius office, where you’ll be the face of Revolut. You’ll create a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring the reception area shines and our guests feel at home. Your day will be varied, from managing meeting rooms and answering calls to coordinating with vendors and handling office supplies. What you’ll be doing

  • Taking care of the proper image of the company and appearance of the reception according to Revolut's standards
  • Supporting the business meetings held in the office, acting as a point of contact, managing visitors, booking rooms, etc.
  • Maintaining meeting rooms, providing necessary stationery, and ensuring tidiness
  • Managing WX tickets, responding politely and adequately, and meeting SLAs
  • Supporting customer questions (internal and external visitors, Revoluters, stakeholders) via email, Jira, Slack, and in-person
  • Cooperating with building, vendors, security, and cleaning teams
  • Managing company documentation (outgoing, incoming mail, e-mails, invoices, etc.) following the agreed rules and playbook
  • Conducting daily office checks and reporting any issues
  • Answering incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information
  • Handling office budget control
  • Managing access card control, providing badges and blocking them

What you'll need

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • To be motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative when needed
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Flexibility with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills
  • Reliability and responsibility with a friendly and approachable manner

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role at a multi-location, international company
  • General understanding of tech services, specifically MacBooks and Google Suite

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €1,700 - €1,900 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
