💡 Please note that for this role C2-level Spanish proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do ✨
🤝 Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the Spanish markets
🚀 Onboard customers from day one after signature and guide them through the entire lifecycle.
💡 Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
🚀 Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes
📊 Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
🧠 Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
What Makes You a Great Fit ✅
🎯 Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
⚙️ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
🌱 Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
⚡ Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
🌍 Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
