About the Role

We are looking for an intern to support our Customer Success team in enhancing our customer relationships and ensuring their success with Reonic’s solutions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in various customer-facing tasks, including onboarding, support, account management, and customer engagement. You will gain hands-on experience working directly with customers and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to businesses in the renewable technology space.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Help manage customer accounts by tracking their progress, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Support customer communication through emails, calls, and meetings to provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer needs are met and they are maximizing the value of Reonic's products.
  • Help prepare customer success materials, such as training documents, product guides, and FAQs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and assist in gathering insights to improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team, such as maintaining customer records, tracking metrics, and reporting on success activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Availability for 3-6 months for the internship.
  • A strong interest in customer success, problem-solving, and improving customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Empathy and a customer-first attitude to understand and address client needs.
  • Fluency in English & German (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the customer success field.
