We’re looking for a passionate and driven Junior Creative Designer to join our team and be a part of this exciting journey. What you will do:

• Collaborate with our co-Founder and the Chief of Staff to create engaging visual content for various platforms (social media, website, marketing materials)
• Assist in developing concepts and layouts for graphic design projects
• Produce and edit videos for promotional purposes and social media
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with ideas for creative projects
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Support the team with various tasks, including image sourcing, color correction, and file organization

You will be great if you have:

• Good knowledge in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Ability to understand our customer and create designs that connect with them
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
