About Reonic:

Startup in Renewable Energy Sector seeking a Venture Development Manager’s in Berlin/Augsburg.

Reonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. With >300 B2B customers and top tier investor backing (Northzone, Point Nine and prominent angels), we’re looking for Venture Development Manager’s excited to contribute to a fast-growing company in the dynamic renewable energies industry.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of our B2B SaaS products as a Frontend Software Developer.
• Create intuitive and beautiful frontends using React, Typescript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Work on feature development to make the User Experience the best in the market
• Contribute to the overlook look and feel of the web application alongside Product and Design team.

You will be perfect for the role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of Software Development experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Genuine interest renewable energy
• Autonomous, self-starters who are quick to learn
• We're a small team, so everyone has to be an owner. Taking accountability and ownership is baked into our DNA
• We value consciencious people, we work hard and we play hard. If you're counting down the work day, this role is not for you
• Product mindset. You enjoy delighting your customer
• Side projects, OSS or notable achievements outside of "work"
• Experience with early-stage start-ups
• Experience with our technical ecosystem
