We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager for Germany to supercharge Reonic’s efforts in boosting the renewable energy transition. In this high-velocity role, you'll work closely with our clients and play a pivotal part in shaping their success and satisfaction with our products. As you manage cross-team collaboration with product, tech, and customer support, you will become a crucial link in aligning and driving initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Reporting directly to senior management, you will independently lead customer success projects, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction at Reonic.

What you will do:

  • You are the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers, utilities, and car dealerships
  • Leveraging customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
  • Continuously improving customer experience and streamlining processes
  • Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

You are great for this position if you have:

  • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
  • Well-versed in SaaS and possess a technical understanding of software and/or renewable energies
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus)
  • Motivated to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German
