About Reonic

Reonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. With >200 B2B customers and strong investor backing, we’re looking for a Finance Manager excited to contribute to a fast-growing company in the dynamic renewable energies industry.

What you will do:

• As our first finance hire, your area of responsibility touches all finance related processes
• Support the implementation of a treasury management system and assist in the management and optimization of working capital
• Create and further develop our liquidity reporting
• Contribute to the optimization and further development of treasury processes and cash management
• Monitor KPIs for operational excellence and implement improvements swiftly

You'll be great for the position if you have:

• A bachelor's/master’s degree in Business, finance or related fields
• Relevant professional experience in the Finance department
• Previous exposure to rapidly changing business environments, such as a start-up or consulting
• Knowledge in handling treasury management systems and/or ERP systems
• Strong analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented approach
• Motivated to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
• Learn quickly and bring your A-Game
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
