💡 Please note that this position is on-site in Berlin, and native proficiency in Italian is required.

We are looking for a highly motivated Venture Development Intern to support the launch and scaling of new digital services for the Italian market. You will work closely with our founders and senior team at the intersection of strategy, product, and go-to-market execution.

This role is ideal if you enjoy turning ideas into reality, talking to customers, and learning how new digital ventures are built from the ground up.

What You’ll Do ✨

• 🚀 Support the launch of new digital services for the Italian market – from first concepts to market rollout, working closely with the founders and senior leadership

• 🗣️ Engage with Italian customers and partners on a regular basis to understand pain points, gather feedback, and support promotion and adoption of new services

• 🎯 Validate new service ideas hands-on through pilots, customer tests, and go-to-market initiatives

• 🤝 Collaborate across teams (product, sales, marketing, tech) to support execution and ensure smooth service launches

• 🧠 Contribute to early service and product management tasks, such as refining value propositions, prioritising features, and improving customer workflows

• 📊 Support market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to inform strategic decisions

What Makes You a Great Fit ✅

• Native or fluent Italian (required)

• Strong interest in startups, venture building, digital products, or new business models

• A hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership

• Structured thinking combined with creativity and curiosity

• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (business, economics, engineering, or similar is a plus, but not required)

🌍 Language Skills (Nice to Have)

• ➕ German skills are a plus, but not required

• ➕➕ Spanish or Portuguese are a bonus – but not a must (there’s plenty to do in the Italian market)
