Job Mission
The (Senior) Marketing Manager, APAC's mission is to own and drive end-to-end marketing execution across Korea and Japan — localizing global strategy into culturally relevant field programs, content, and campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships through close alignment with Korea and Japan Sales teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to APAC marketing strategy and translate priorities into actionable Korea and Japan marketing plans.
- Operate independently with limited direction, and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires a proactive, resourceful operator who is willing to roll up their sleeves, navigate ambiguity confidently, and drive initiatives forward even when priorities shift or processes are still being defined.
- Plan and run field marketing programs designed to generate demand and accelerate pipeline, including events, hosted experiences, and account-based initiatives in alignment with sales priorities and regional business goals.
- Manage partner co-marketing activities and local marketing partnerships, coordinating joint campaigns to maximize reach and lead quality.
- Design and deliver customer marketing for key accounts, including seasonal gifting, occasion-based gifting, and appreciation events that strengthen relationships with priority clients.
- Plan, localize, and edit contents to maintian a credible brand voice through regional channels (website, email, newsletter, social media, etc.).
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevenueOps to align campaigns to GTM goals and ensure smooth, well-timed execution across both markets.
- Implement and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution across Korea and Japan.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with clear ownership of field marketing, content, or regional campaign programs.
- Solid field marketing and event management capability, including end-to-end planning, vendor and partner coordination, and post-event analysis and reporting.
- Strong content localization and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt global messaging for Korean and/or Japanese audiences without losing accuracy or brand integrity.
- Budget ownership and financial discipline, with the ability to track spend, report on ROI, and make data-informed allocation decisions
- Proven experience working across Korea and/or Japan markets, with a strong understanding of local business culture, media landscape, and audience expectations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines, stakeholder requests, and program dependencies across two markets.
- Proficiency in marketing technology tools including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing tools, event management platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean and/or Japanese.
- Prior experience in ad tech, mobile marketing, SaaS, or a related technology industry is a plus.
