Job Mission

We are searching for a highly motivated part-time individual or working student to support the regional needs of the Japan and Korea business.

As a Part-time/Working Student, you will support both Account Management and Ad Operations team to ensure flawless day-to-day operations of our client accounts.

This role provides a unique opportunity for part-time individuals/working students to gain practical experience in ad tech by assisting both the account management and Ad Operations team with tasks such as but not limited creative management, data analysis and reporting, ad operations, and ad-hoc office needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Creative Management: Organise, upload, and ensure creatives comply with brand guidelines and technical requirements. Monitor & Track creative performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting (Account Management): Collect and analyse data, create reports using Excel/BI tools.
• Tracking Link Test (Ad Operations Team): Conduct basic URL testing per guidelines.
• Office Administration: Manage office tasks like ordering supplies and welcoming guests.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with tasks assigned by the Senior Regional Director.

Job Requirements

• Native Korean (Written and Speaking)
• Business level Japanese (Written and Speaking)
• Business level English (Written and Speaking)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
