Job Mission

The Campaign Manager is responsible for supporting seamless campaign execution and ensuring operational excellence across all clients. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality campaign delivery while driving performance through data-driven monitoring, optimization support, and close collaboration with internal teams within our app growth platform.

Successful execution of this role will enhance team collaboration, increase productivity, and contribute positively to business impact across the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end campaign management: setup, launch, monitoring, optimization, and scaling.
  
• Provide first-level support for the Ad Operations & Revenue teams, escalating issues when needed.
  
• Analyze performance data, maintain reporting, and identify opportunities to improve results and delivery.
  
• Troubleshoot tracking and discrepancy issues to ensure accurate measurement and smooth execution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, AM, Product, Development) to support long-term account strategies.
  
• Support process and product improvements by contributing to operational and ad delivery enhancements, while staying informed on industry trends.

Job Requirements

• You bring at least 1 to 3 years of working experience in retargeting, digital marketing, AdTech
• You have excellent technical understanding of digital advertising technologies (real-time bidding, supply side platforms, demand side platforms, mobile measurement platforms, deep-linking)
• You enjoy working in a team
• You can work independently and initiate your own projects
• You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Fluent English is a must; business level in Chinese will be a plus
• You are holding a valid work permit for China
