Job mission

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Analytical Products team at Remerge, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our suite of reporting products, such as Pivot, the campaign experiments dashboard, our incrementality products and our various reporting APIs. You can expect to contribute directly to our strategy and prioritisation process, and be encouraged and expected to fully manage technical projects from the ground up.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Software: Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions using TypeScript, Ruby, Go and Python.
• Technical Project Leadership: Provide technical guidance and insights during project planning and execution to ensure alignment with best practices and technological standards.
• Operational Support: Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues in software applications, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business activities.
• Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive testing and documentation practices to maintain high standards of quality.
• Problem identification and shaping: identify important problems and participate in the prioritisation and planning process, including shaping solutions to selected problems (acting as a TPM)
  
  

Job requirements

• Advanced skills in Ruby, Typescript, Python and Go, with a solid understanding of full-stack development frameworks and principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a non-Scrum, traditional project management environment.
• Experience in the AdTech industry
