You will establish, refine, and propagate best practices in account management, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer experiences across regions, driving continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and systematic performance measurement.

Job mission
You will establish, refine, and propagate best practices in account management, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer experiences across regions, driving continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and systematic performance measurement.
Job responsibilities
- Design account management processes with a focus on high-quality customer journey touch points (e.g. qualification, consultation, onboarding, reporting, account planning, QBR, NPS)
- Roll out innovative, customer-centric approaches in account management practices
- Create a template for account management success cases sharing. Establish a process for promoting these cases internally
- Drive process adaption, implement regular feedback sessions for account managers and conduct individual mentoring
- Define a measurement system for account management excellence
- Design skill development guidelines and arrange skill development programs
- Build a robust onboarding program for new account managers
- Extensive experience in account management practices
- Understanding of relevance and the ability to think from the customer's perspective
- An improvement-focused attitude towards work
- Structured, detail-oriented, and focused on project completion
- Ability to tailor and execute projects for provable impact
