Job Mission

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our client relationships, particularly in the mobile app marketing sector. Your mission will be to exceed client expectations through expert handling of their advertising budgets, insightful business reviews, and strategic consultations. Your analytical prowess and deep understanding of client goals will be crucial in driving their success and the growth of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be leading the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations;
  • You will make sure to understand our client's business models, goals, marketing mix, focus areas, and the driving force behind their requests;
  • You will be conducting client business reviews and communicating with clients at all levels, including C-level;
  • You will monitor and analyze complex advertising campaign metrics to make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue);
  • You will leverage your analytical skills and business sense to identify growth opportunities and consult our clients on our products and offerings;
  • You will partner closely with the Ad Operations, Ad Support, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the optimal technical campaign setup along your customer's lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in mobile app marketing, User Acquisition or In-App Growth Marketing and is a must;
  • Experience working in Retargeting and/or Programmatic is a plus;
  • Strong project management, sense of ownership and troubleshooting skills;
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills that translate into a strong ability to understand a complex technological environment;
  • You have proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment;
  • You are self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance for all clients;
  • You are keen on working collaboratively across multiple teams and you have great communication skills.
  • You have an excellent English level; a second European language would be a plus.
