Job Mission

As the Sales and Business Development professional responsible for India and Southeast Asia, your mission is to spearhead our expansion efforts in these thriving markets, foster enduring partnerships with mobile clients, and drive revenue growth while championing innovation in the mobile technology sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Foster and maintain robust relationships with our mobile clients based in India and Southeast Asia, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the growth of our market presence within India and Southeast Asia by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services, and identifying avenues for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized strategies that align with the unique goals and requirements of clients in the Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on the latest trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments within the mobile technology and client landscape, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Campaign Optimization: Work closely with clients to optimize the performance of their mobile campaigns, analyze outcomes, and deliver actionable insights to drive improvements.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Regularly produce reports and analyses to monitor progress against key performance indicators, identify areas for enhancement, and guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Networking: Leverage your strong network of mobile clients and industry contacts in India and Southeast Asia to create and nurture leads and business opportunities.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about our products and services, and impart this knowledge to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their partnerships with us.
  • Forecasting and Strategy: Collaborate with management to develop revenue forecasts and contribute to the formulation of long-term sales and business development strategies.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather valuable feedback from clients and the market, facilitating continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales and business development activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Expertise: 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Mobile Technology Acumen: Deep understanding of the mobile technology industry, including trends, key players, and emerging technologies, particularly within the Indian and Southeast Asian markets. MMP, SSP or other mobile-focused platforms preferred.
  • Strong Client Network: A well-established network of mobile clients and industry contacts in India and Southeast Asia, with the ability to leverage these connections for business growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: The capability to develop and execute strategic plans, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve common goals.
  • Innovation Mindset: A passion for innovation and the ability to stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies, with a keen interest in bringing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Results-Driven: A strong results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and exceeding performance metrics.

  • Leadership Qualities: While not mandatory, leadership skills and experience may be beneficial, especially if the role involves managing a team or leading strategic initiatives.

Note: The ability to speak Vietnamese is considered an advantage because it can enhance communication and relationship-building with clients in the Southeast Asian market, but it may not be a strict requirement depending on the specific needs.
