Job responsibilities
- Provide first & second line support to Remerge employees for all IT-related concerns and technologies across all regions but based in our Berlin Office.
- Respond & resolve tickets in agreed to time frames. This includes managing assigned tickets and ensuring proper resolution recording and troubleshooting documentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues, fair, simple to complex, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prioritize and evaluate a variety of technical issues based on business impact.
- Recommend procedure/workflow modifications or improvements.
- Create/update knowledge articles as new issues/fixes arise in Confluence.
- Triage, resolve or escalate issues to appropriate teams.
- Analyse and identify trends in issues from ticket data.
- Act as the point of contact for IT Support across the company.
- You have previous experience with Endpoint Management Solutions (Kanji, Google Workspace)
- Experience providing desktop support
- You feel at home with both Mac and Windows OS
- Experience working with Jira Software as well as Atlassian products
- A good understanding of network troubleshooting
- There will be a lot going on at all times - projects, operation work, knowledge sharing. For success in this position, time management skills will be essential.
