Job Mission

As a (Senior) Salesforce Solution Architect, your primary mission is to act as a vital link between business requirements and their technical realisation. You will be responsible for guaranteeing that Salesforce solutions seamlessly integrate with the organisation's objectives and contribute tangible value to the business. This role plays a pivotal part in influencing the strategic application of Salesforce technology within the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and workflows. Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Solution Design: Creating detailed, user-friendly solutions that align with best practices.
• Workflow Automation: Configure automation rules, including process builder, workflow rules, and approval processes. Automate repetitive tasks to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Custom Development: Developing custom solutions tailored to organizational needs using Salesforce technologies.
• User Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on new processes and workflows. Create documentation and resources to support users in adopting the changes.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancements.
