Job Mission

As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's success. Your tactical insights and hands-on guidance are set to sophisticate our overall sales approach and nurture the skills of our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and instruct on effective deal qualification methodologies and multi-threaded sales techniques to shorten sales cycles and secure long-term revenue commitments.
  • Research and articulate use cases aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Mentor sales professionals to excel in customer conversations tailored to specific use cases and become trusted business partners for buyers.
  • Develop and oversee incentive-driven, in-house contests aligned with target achievements, focusing on use cases and other key performance indicators (KPIs) within the sales funnel.
  • Establish a framework for routine deal inspections, aligning with the expected sales process.
  • Develop operational guidelines for sales career advancement, complete with templates and process mechanisms to facilitate adaptation.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing development within the sales organisation through a combination of individual and group skill development sessions, sharing successful sales cases, and knowledge-sharing forums within the industry.
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive onboarding curriculum to guarantee the seamless integration and optimal performance of new sales team members.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in direct sales or sales enablement.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills to lead training sessions, deliver engaging presentations, and effectively communicate ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to motivate, guide, and mentor the sales team.
  • A deep understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Passion for coaching and developing individuals to achieve their full potential.
