Qwilr is on the lookout for a growth-minded SEO Manager to help shape and execute our SEO strategy. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in owning the end-to-end delivery of SEO initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including Qwilr’s writer network, growth marketing, product marketing, engineering, and design, to grow organic channel contribution. This role demands a strategic thinker who employs a data-driven approach to decision-making and a hands-on mentality to operational execution. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing.

What you’ll do
Develop and enhance Qwilr's global SEO strategy, advancing our approach across content, technical, and offsite aspects
Grow organic channel contribution by identifying and executing against high-leverage opportunities
Conduct thorough, user intent based keyword research across all SEO assets, including blogs, templates, product pages, tools, guides and more
Create detailed content briefs to guide our writer network in producing informative, practical, and SEO-optimized articles. Uncover emerging sales trends and insights to inform topic selection and elevate the content produced
Review content produced by our writer network to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and delivers unique insights to readers. Be ready to get your hands dirty when necessary and provide constructive feedback to continuously enhance our content
Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, not only in terms of leading indicators like rankings and traffic but through to qualified opportunities and revenue

Analyze competitors and SaaS industry leaders to uncover new areas for SEO expansion and develop a competitive edge
About you
You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years specializing in SEO or content for B2B SaaS companies
You have previous experience at an agency, startup, or as a consultant
You demonstrate a proven track record of developing creative solutions and achieving SEO success
You command expertise in technical SEO, content management, link-building, and keyword research
You are success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes
You exhibit a team-first attitude and possess communication skills that enable you to influence others at all levels and across all organizational functions to rally behind shared business goals
You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with proficient problem-solving abilities
You show mastery of data-driven experimentation and an exceptional ability to derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
You are able to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner
You are highly organized with strong attention to detail
You thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
