The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Site Reliability Engineer, you'll join the SRE function to ensure our software systems are reliable and highly available: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with the technical team and operators to turn frictionless payments into real, dependable growth for restaurants. What you'll own

• Own uptime and reliability: set up monitoring and alerting, and respond to outages and service disruptions

• Cut issue investigation and incident response time by automating repetitive operational tasks

• Define and track SLIs, SLAs, and SLOs that quantify and continuously improve service reliability

• Lead postmortems and root cause analysis, aligning with other teams to prevent repeat incidents

• Ensure systems scale effectively and run efficiently under load through proactive capacity planning

Who you are

• You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information

• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator

• You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

What you'll need

• A relevant Computer Science / Engineering degree

• Fluency in English is a must

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the software industry

• Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python)

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace

• Experience in API testing and log analysis using tools such as Postman, Jaeger, etc.

• Experience developing Slack integrations and working with JIRA
