The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Merchant Success & Operations Intern, you'll help drive our growth in Singapore: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll own:

  • Support the operational onboarding process for new F&B merchants onto the qlub platform

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for merchants to ensure they can fully utilize Qlub’s services

  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with our merchants, assisting them with their queries and optimizing their usage of our platform

  • Work closely with the operations and product teams to provide feedback and support improvements to our services

  • Assist with monitoring platform integrations and reporting on merchant usage • Conduct research and support the team with ad hoc tasks, such as preparing reports and analysing industry trends

  • Provide administrative support to the Merchant Success & Operations team as needed

Who you are:

  • You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

  • You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information

  • You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator

  • You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

What you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field

  • Passionate about technology, startups, and the F&B industry

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners

  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and willing to take on new challenges

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace
