The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to lead and optimize qlub’s operational processes across Thailand. You will be responsible for operational onboarding and supporting merchants on qlub’s platform and services.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver seamless merchant experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
What You’ll Be Driving:
Lead and execute the operational on-boarding process for new F&B establishments to our platform.
Be a knowledge specialist on qlub & F&B operations and solve operational bottlenecks
Organize and lead training sessions for new accounts to ensure merchants are able to fully utilize qlub's services.
Build and manage relationships with our merchants and optimize usage efficiency
Support qlub’s product development and POS integrations to improve features and solve bugs and pain points.
Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on on-ground feedback, reports & industry trends.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in Fintech and/or F&B industry, fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - the ability to identify operational challenges and drive process improvements
Strong communicator - have a good command of English and can communicate clearly with F&B decision-makers and stakeholders.
Like to get your hands dirty - proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks on the ground.
