The role

At qlub, we are constantly launching new initiatives and improving how we support our merchants and internal teams. As a Strategy Intern, you will support the Strategy team across a variety of projects, helping with research, project coordination, data analysis, and process improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and learning how strategic projects are executed in a fast-growing fintech startup.

You will gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives and work closely with teams across Operations, Product, Commercial, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing strategic and operational projects across different teams.

• Assist with project tracking, coordination, and follow-up to help initiatives stay on schedule.

• Gather and analyze data to support project decisions and performance monitoring.

• Conduct research and prepare findings to support new initiatives and business improvements.

• Help identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.

• Assist in building simple internal tools, automations, and dashboards to improve team efficiency.

• Work with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Account Management teams.

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and progress updates.

• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.

• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Interest in process improvement, technology, or business operations is a plus.
