The Role

At qlub, our Sales & Operations team sits at the heart of market growth. The role is a hybrid between commercial activation and operational execution, making sure restaurant partners are not only signed, but successfully onboarded, trained, supported, and actively using qlub.

As we newly launch into the Egypt market, we are looking for an Operations Executive who can support both sides of the journey. You will help identify and engage restaurant partners, explain the value of qlub, support onboarding and go-live, train restaurant teams, and provide hands-on support during live service.

This is a field-based, client-facing role where you will spend much of your time visiting restaurants, building relationships with owners and managers, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring partners have a smooth experience from first conversation through to successful adoption.

As part of a new market launch, you will play an important role in helping us build strong foundations in Egypt by combining sales support, operational execution, partner relationship management, and market feedback.

What you’ll be doing:

Sales & Partner Activation

  • Support the launch of qlub in Egypt by helping identify, approach, and activate restaurant partners.

  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.

  • Support the sales process from initial interest through to onboarding and go-live.

Operations & Onboarding

  • Schedule and manage merchant onboardings across your assigned area or city.

  • Coordinate go-live activities and ensure restaurants are ready to use qlub successfully.

  • Train restaurant staff on-site, virtually, and over the phone to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Provide hands-on support during service, especially during the early stages after launch.

Account Management & Support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners after go-live.

  • Conduct regular visits and mystery shops to ensure teams remain confident using the product.

  • Handle merchant queries quickly and ensure a smooth partner experience.

  • Identify risks early and escalate issues where needed to protect partner satisfaction.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify ways to improve sales handover, onboarding, activation, and support processes.

  • Work closely with regional and global Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Help create scalable ways of working as the Egypt market grows.

Product Feedback

  • Share practical insights from the field with Product and Tech teams.

  • Test new features and provide feedback based on real restaurant usage.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.

  • Valid driving license and access to a car.

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, client-facing, or hospitality roles.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; analytical mindset is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to hustle to get things done.
