The role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Director to own and scale our B2B paid acquisition engine. You will drive the full stack: creative strategy, media buying, funnel optimization, tracking, and reporting.

This role is for someone obsessed with hitting targets, who thrives on experimentation, and knows how to turn cold traffic into a qualified pipeline. You will work closely with Sales under clear SLAs, manage significant budgets, and lead a lean, high-performing team.

What you’ll be driving:

Drive pipeline growth

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and LinkedIn.

  • Build channel strategies and budget allocation plans to hit monthly pipeline targets

  • Run continuous experiments on angles, audiences, offers, landing pages, and creative formats

  • Manage $100k+ monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability

Lead creative strategy

  • Generate and validate new creative ideas and messages that convert

  • Build a performance ad portfolio across live action, UGC-style, and AI-assisted formats

  • Write conversion-driven scripts and provide detailed feedback to editors on pacing, structure, CTAs, and creative performance metrics

  • Optimize for hook rate, hold rate, and scroll-stopping moments

Own the funnel and align with Sales teams

  • Build and iterate landing pages and lead capture flows from scratch

  • Optimize form completion, reduce drop-offs, and improve conversion rates

  • Ship tests quickly using design resources or no-code tools

  • Define lead qualification criteria and lifecycle stages with Sales leadership

  • Establish SLAs for speed-to-lead and follow-up

  • Create feedback loops on lead quality and conversion to opportunities

  • Focus on revenue-generating pipeline, not just lead volume

Ensure solid tracking & attribution

  • Set up reliable tracking across channels, including server-side tracking where needed

  • Implement multi-touch attribution to avoid single-channel bias

  • Manage form integrations, CRM data hygiene, and campaign mapping

  • Build reporting dashboards that guide scaling decisions

Build & Lead Your Team

  • Hire and build a small team of performance marketers and external partners

  • Set high standards for quality, speed, and accountability

  • Create repeatable systems for creative production, testing cadence, and reporting

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B results (pipeline-driven, not just lead generation)

  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta (Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads (Search) and Linkedin

  • Track record of producing or directing high-performing video ads across formats

  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel stages: (MQL to SQL to Closed-won)

  • Experience managing $100k+ monthly ad budgets with disciplined scaling

  • CRO expertise: you can build and optimize funnels that convert cold traffic

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to diagnose performance in order to drive decisions

  • Technical foundation in tracking, server-side implementation, multi-touch attribution, and CRM integrations

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics or similar product analytics platforms

  • Knowledge of ad libraries, creative research tools, and structured testing frameworks
