About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Support Executive to join our fast-growing team at qlub Hong Kong. You will play an important role in integrated Point-of-Sale (POS) systems designed for F&B businesses.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

● Identify and approach potential clients (restaurants, cafes, retail stores, etc.)

● Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

● Prepare quotations and close deals

● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Customer Support:

● Onboard new clients and provide training on system usage

● Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, and basic technical assistance

● Liaise with the technical team for escalated issues

● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements:

● Diploma or above in Business, IT, or related discipline

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a bonus)

● Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused

● Basic understanding of POS systems or retail technology preferred

● Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome
