The role?

As the Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing and scaling relationships with qlub's vast client base, ensuring customer success, driving adoption of new features and enhancing overall business performance. You will lead a team of account managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with senior stakeholders to maximize value for both clients and qlub

As an Account Manager Lead you’ll be responsible for:

  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee and strengthen relationships with thousands of Qlub's clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Growth & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption, upselling, and retention, ensuring continued revenue growth.
  • Feature Adoption & Performance Optimization: Drive the successful adoption of new features and products, gathering feedback to refine and optimize Qlub's offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client organizations to align on strategic goals and priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing account management team, setting clear objectives, performance KPIs, and growth initiatives.
  • Process & Efficiency Improvements: Implement best practices, data-driven insights, and automation tools to improve account management efficiency and customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and rapid resolution of issues.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to refine Qlub’s approach to client management and product development.

What are we looking for?

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling large client portfolios, with strong commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders across diverse industries.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive continuous improvement.
