ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Revenue Operations supports the execution and continuous improvement of revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success, with a focus on pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and customer lifecycle optimization.

This role is responsible for ensuring that go-to-market processes are scalable, data-driven, and aligned across the customer journey—from opportunity through renewal and expansion. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and customer outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will translate business requirements into scalable systems and workflows, while applying automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment

  • Hands-on experience supporting sales teams and/or customer success teams, including pipeline management and post-sale processes

  • Experience working with core tools, including:

    • Salesforce CRM

    • Platforms such as Gong and Vitally

  • Experience working with pipeline data, forecasting support, and customer lifecycle reporting

  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in revenue workflows or analysis

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Support the execution and optimization of sales processes, from opportunity creation through close

  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure accurate opportunity data within Salesforce CRM

  • Monitor pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, cycle time, and sales velocity

  • Support sales forecasting processes through data accuracy and structured reporting

Customer Lifecycle & CX Operations

  • Support operational processes across the post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion

  • Partner with Customer Success to improve customer health tracking, renewal visibility, and retention workflows

  • Identify and address friction points in the customer journey to improve retention and expansion outcomes

  • Support segmentation and lifecycle management to better align customer engagement strategies

Revenue Operations & Process Execution

  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end revenue processes from opportunity through renewal and expansion

  • Maintain standardized lifecycle stage definitions across Sales and Customer Success

  • Contribute to best practices in pipeline management, forecasting inputs, and customer segmentation

Technology & Tools Management

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM, including configuration, automation, and data integrity

  • Support the use and optimization of tools such as Gong and Vitally

  • Ensure systems are integrated and aligned with sales and customer workflows

  • Contribute to improving workflows through automation and AI-enabled tooling

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and customer lifecycle metrics

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales and customer success

  • Track and report on key metrics, including pipeline conversion, sales velocity, renewal rates, and expansion performance

  • Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making

Data Quality & Governance

  • Maintain high standards of data quality across CRM and customer systems

  • Ensure consistent use of fields, stages, and processes across Sales and Customer Success

  • Support a reliable source of truth for pipeline and customer data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align systems, processes, and reporting

  • Act as a key operational partner, supporting day-to-day execution and process improvements

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve sales efficiency and customer outcomes

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in Salesforce CRM, administration and pipeline

  • Experience supporting sales operations and/or customer success operations

  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong and Vitally

  • Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting inputs, and customer lifecycle management

  • Experience analyzing pipeline and customer data and building reports (e.g., using SQL in Metabase or similar BI tools)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable systems and processes

  • An AI-forward mindset in applying automation and AI tools to improve workflows and reporting

  • Ability to drive adoption of new processes and tools across cross-functional teams through training, documentation, and stakeholder buy-in.

  • Maintains a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.

  • Base Salary Range: $86,000-$108,000 (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
