Senior Partner Manager
Procurify is the AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Senior Partner Manager to join us on our journey.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Procurify is looking for an experienced AWS Partner Manager who is a self-motivated "builder" passionate about standing up and scaling our partnership program with AWS from the ground up.
You are a person with deep knowledge of the AWS Marketplace partner motion and the ability to build a reputation within the AWS Public Sector segment. You have a proven track record of driving material pipeline and revenue through AWS, but your expertise extends beyond a single ecosystem; you will also own and scale Technology Partnerships beyond AWS, turning them into exponential pipeline drivers.

We’re seeking entrepreneurial people with a strong bias toward execution and co-selling who are willing to challenge the status quo to contribute to our larger strategic objectives.
What you’ll be working on
AWS Marketplace & Co-Sell Execution
Own the AWS Marketplace relationship end-to-end and lead the initial build-out of our Marketplace foundation
Drive Marketplace transactions for both new business and renewals to achieve measurable revenue impact
Ensure all qualified deals are accurately registered and managed in ACE to maintain high data hygiene
Manage private offers, pricing coordination, and deal flow to streamline the purchasing experience
AWS Field Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), Select AWS Account Executives (AEs), Solution Architects and vertical overlays
Secure introductions, joint calls, and account alignment, acting as the primary advocate for Procurify within the AWS Public Sector segment
Expand the partner ecosystem by developing technology partnerships beyond AWS that serve as long-term revenue catalysts
Internal Enablement & Deal Support
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive deal registration, ensuring we do not rely on AEs alone to move deals forward
Train internal teams on AWS Marketplace and co-sell best practices to ensure alignment across the GTM organization
Support renewals by aligning AWS sellers where it creates leverage
Design and implement repeatable partner frameworks that move beyond simple relationship management into structured co-selling
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Support ISV Accelerate (ISVA) participation and compliance
Unlock AWS programs, funding, and MDF through performance
Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as Amazon Business partnership and AWS Marketplace punchout / MPPO integration
Represent Procurify in AWS partner forums and enablement sessions to drive brand awareness within the ecosystem
Technology Partnership Growth Initiatives
Own our Technology Partnerships to build strong revenue growth
Plan and execute virtual and in person events to build pipeline
Manage existing and source new technology partnerships
Working internally with marketing to drive activities that meet KPIs for growth in new business pipeline and ARR

Who we’re looking for
Required Experience
5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or cloud ecosystem roles
Deep AWS expertise including direct experience working inside AWS or with AWS partners with a strong understanding of Marketplace, ACE, and co-sell motions
Proven track record of standing up and scaling an AWS Marketplace motion from the ground up to drive material pipeline and revenue
Deep AWS relationships across Sales, BD, and Alliance teams with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal Sales and CS
Success in scaling technology partnerships beyond the AWS ecosystem into exponential pipeline drivers
Experience building repeatable partner motions and co-selling frameworks rather than just managing relationships
Ability and willingness to travel within North America for partner events and field alignment
Nice to Have
Background in procurement, finance, or spend management software
Experience with Public Sector (SLED), Healthcare, or SMB customers
Familiarity with MPPO, punchout catalogs, or Amazon Business
Skills & Attributes
Highly operational with a strong bias toward execution, co-selling, and measurable revenue impact
Comfortable owning quota and outcomes
Strong communicator who can simplify complex processes
Persistent, organized, and relationship-driven

On Target Earnings Range: $116,000 - $135,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience, with a component of these earnings made up of variable pay and not inclusive of any benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
