ABOUT THE ROLE
At Procurify, we’re scaling fast, and we know our people are the foundation of that success. We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People team and help ensure smooth, consistent, and impactful People operations.
As People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day People support, ensuring our programs and processes run efficiently and deliver a great employee experience. You’ll partner closely with the People Business Partners and other team members, helping to bring our people strategies to life while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of People.
What you’ll be working on:
Provide administrative and coordination support across the full People lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
Maintain accurate employee records and People data in our HRIS (BambooHR) to ensure consistency and compliance
Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Assist with People programs and initiatives, such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, performance management cycles, and development sessions
Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely support or directing to the right resources
Maintain the company’s benefits program and serve as the main point of contact for benefits administration
Help track and report on People metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience
Partner with the People team on a variety of projects — for example, streamlining processes, supporting engagement initiatives, or assisting with audit and compliance work — to drive continuous improvement in People operations.
Act as a culture ambassador and live Procurify’s CARES values — Commitment, Ambition, Resilience, Excellence, and Simplicity — into day-to-day People practices
Who we’re looking for
Up to 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related People-focused role (internship or co-op experience welcome)
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting team members
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion
Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with our HRIS (BambooHR) or applicant tracking system (Ashby) is an asset
A willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A team-oriented approach, with a commitment to building a positive and cohesive employee experience

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
